What awaits you?

FritZ B.V. is a Dutch company working directly with Dutch installation firms and developers on renovation, new-build, and energy transition projects (heat pumps, solar PV, EV chargers). We're hiring electricians and installers (heating/water) for long-term work in the Netherlands — primarily in the north (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe), with other regions depending on the project.

We're transparent about wages and deductions — no surprises. The net amounts below are what you actually take home.

For Electricians:
- Installation and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Wiring of distribution boards, lighting, sockets, circuit breakers
- EV charging station installation
- Working to Dutch standards NEN 1010 and NEN 3140 (we'll train you)

For Installers (Heating / Plumbing):
- Installation and service of heating systems, heat pumps, boilers
- Water, gas, and waste pipe systems
- Solar thermal and sanitary installations
- Energy transition project work


What knowledge and skills should you have?

- At least 2 years of experience as an electrician or installer
- Electricians: Vyhláška 50/1978 §6 or §7 (or equivalent EU certification)
- Installers: vocational diploma in the field + practical experience
- Communicative English OR German (Dutch is not required)
- Driving licence category B
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
- Reliability and willingness to commit long-term


It will be an advantage if you can

- Show a VCA safety certificate — if you don't have it, we pay for the 1-day course
- Show experience with heat pumps, solar PV, or EV charging stations
- Bring your own tools
- Show prior experience working abroad


What can we offer you?

- Pay: 17.50 – 21 €/hour gross → approx. 3,030 – 3,640 €/month gross at 40h/week
- Net (after Dutch tax & insurance, BEFORE housing): approx. 2,200 – 2,650 €/month
- Housing deduction: approx. 100 €/week (CAO-compliant, single room with internet, close to work)
- Net in hand AFTER housing: approx. 1,800 – 2,200 €/month + savings (no home country rent, utilities, or commute)
- Overtime: 130% of base rate (extra on top)
- Recruitment bonus: 500 € after 3 months
- Transport to/from workplace: at no cost (provided)
- Health insurance: arranged
- VCA certification: 1-day course, we pay
- Dutch recognition of your qualifications: we help you
- Paperwork (BSN number, bank account, registration): we handle it with you
- Czech / Slovak coordinator — communication in your native language
- Czech / Polish website: fritzworks.nl — full information in your native language
- Long-term cooperation — not short-term gigs
