Responsibilities:
- Strategic acquisition of new customers: Develop and implement strategies to identify and approach potential new customers in target markets
- Sales pipeline management: Manage and develop a solid sales pipeline from lead generation to contract conclusion, including forecasting and target achievement
- Analysis and optimization of sales processes: Ongoing review and improvement of global sales strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and success rate
- Strategic development and expansion of customer relationships: Maintain and build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key customers in target markets
- Market and competitor analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales results and develop measures to achieve targets
- Collaboration with other departments: Close cooperation with marketing, product management, and other relevant departments to ensure optimal market development
Your profile:
- University degree in economics, sales, or project management, and a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in an international automotive company
- Proven experience in successful acquisition of new customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident manner
- Results-driven mindset
- Strong project management skills and high customer orientation
- In-depth understanding of commercial cost structures
- High level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel
