Supply planning manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage tactical, operational, and daily supply planning, balancing service, working capital, and costs.
Implement policies for Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, production flow, and inventory management.
Act as the escalation point for capacity/resource constraints and coordinate production priorities.
Own and lead the S&OP process at the supply point, ensuring cross-functional alignment and scenario planning.
Align with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to S&OP cycles and network reviews.
Drive performance management and continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing planning processes and systems.
Lead and develop planning specialists.
Requirements:
Proven experience in supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Thorough knowledge of supply chain processes, S&OP, S&OE, and inventory management.
Proficiency with ERP (M3), MPS/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with multi-functional groups in a matrix organization.
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
