This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, has a natural sense for organization and hospitality, and takes pride in representing the company professionally while keeping a positive and energetic atmosphere in the office.

You will become an important part of the daily functioning of the office and a reliable support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Workplace Coordination

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and reception area.
  • Take care of common office spaces and help maintain a professional, comfortable, and well-organized working environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, refreshments, and other operational needs.
  • Communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding office-related matters.
  • Manage incoming mail, invoices, and administrative documentation.

Reception & Guest Experience

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Organize meeting room setup, refreshments, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support the overall office atmosphere and ensure guests have a positive experience when visiting APS Investments.

Administrative Support

  • Handle petty cash administration and basic office records.
  • Provide administrative support across departments when needed.
  • Assist with internal coordination and ad hoc operational tasks.
  • Help organize company events, team activities, and internal meetings.
  • Occasionally coordinate external errands and administrative matters outside the office.
