We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT support team for a U.S. client. Working hours are 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, weekends off, as we support users on the U.S. West Coast until the end of their working day.

You will communicate exclusively in English, both spoken and written, so fluent and natural English is essential for this role.

With us, you will not just pass problems on to someone else. When you can solve something and it makes sense, you will be given the space and trust to see it through yourself. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates naturally and respectfully, and wants to feel truly useful at work.

What you will do

  • help users with everyday IT support for Windows workstations, occasionally also Mac
  • work with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other common business SaaS tools
  • communicate with users in English, both in writing and by phone or video call
  • take ownership of tickets and follow them through so users know they can rely on you
  • solve issues independently where it makes sense
  • ask for help when needed
  • work with colleagues on improving support and contributing to IT projects

We are looking for someone who

  • is friendly, helpful, and communicates with people with ease
  • has experience in IT support or a similar role
  • is familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and standard office IT environments
  • speaks and writes fluent English
  • can explain issues in plain English, ask the right questions, and handle everyday support communication
  • can think independently, follow things through, and also ask for help when needed
  • is comfortable working evening and night hours
