Job tasks:

  • Develop and maintain high quality embedded C/C++ software for connectivity solutions running on FreeRTOS and/or Embedded Linux.
  • Architect modular, reliable software components and implement unit and integration tests.
  • Integrate Matter and Thread stacks to ensure seamless device to device communication.
  • Develop cloud connectivity features for our next generation products.
  • Build automated test suites in Python to validate connectivity performance and stability.
  • Collaborate in an Agile/SCRUM environment, aligning daily with the Danish team and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Use CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and fast, consistent delivery.
  • Actively mentor / coach other team members

What you need to be successful in this role:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys close collaboration and communicates proactively across locations. As your manager and several colleagues are based in Denmark, we appreciate someone who is structured, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in their daily work. We also value an open-minded attitude, a willingness to learn, and a natural interest in supporting the growth of others.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • University degree in electronics, informatics, automation, or a related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
  • Extensive experience with embedded C/C++ development, including architectural design.
  • Strong understanding of object oriented design and IP networking technologies.
  • Handson experience with Matter/Thread, cloud connectivity, and embedded platforms (FreeRTOS and/or Embedded Linux).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, GCC, and modern development tools (e.g., VS Code).
  • Fluent English for daily international collaboration.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Dev Containers.

What We Offer:

  • Constructive cooperation based on trust and respect for the employee
