Job Purpose
The GEM Customer Data & Pricing Administrator ensures customer and pricing data in ERP and CRM systems is accurate, complete, and compliant. This role plays a key part in enabling smooth daily business operations by setting up new customer accounts within agreed SLAs, validating customer credentials (Bona Fides), and ensuring all commercial and financial data is correctly configured.
As the first point of contact during customer onboarding, the role represents a professional and customer-focused “face to the business,” while ensuring all required legal and quality standards—such as verified professional qualifications and signed Terms & Conditions—are met before account activation.
What you will do
- Maintain accurate customer master data and prevent duplicates, including account changes to minimise financial risk
- Work closely with Sales and Finance to set up and maintain customer pricing, payment terms, and financial details
- Ensure correct configuration of prices, freight charges, discounts, and promotions in ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve pricing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrections
- Manage customer listings and exclusions, ensuring compliance for the sale of regulated medical devices
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and quality standards (ISO 13485, GxP), including regular data checks
- Act as a system and process expert, supporting projects, system improvements, and providing backup across GEM markets
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in master data management
- Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage, but not required
- Experience with SAP Master Data Management is a plus
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (PowerPoint or Access an advantage)
- Experience working with senior internal and/or external stakeholders, including cross‑team coordination
- Fluent in Arabic and English
