Location: Based in Brno or Prague, with regular travel between both locations
What you´ll do:
Supporting our Facility Manager with day-to-day operations
Coordinating maintenance, repairs & inspections (you won’t fix stuff — you’ll make sure it gets fixed)
Talking to vendors, organizing services, sometimes being on-site when needed
Helping solve random “something’s broken” situations (yes, they happen ????)
Keeping track of costs and basic admin around it
Taking care of company cars (checks, service scheduling, etc.)
Handling simple admin (tickets, access cards, basic reports)
Travelling between Brno & Prague (about once every 2 weeks for 1–2 days)
About you:
Are reliable and can get things done without being micromanaged
Like organizing things and keeping stuff under control
Are comfortable communicating (Czech + basic English)
Can handle basic tools like MS Office
Have a driver’s license (B) and actually drive ????
Don’t mind solving unexpected situations on the go
No experience? No problem. Student? Totally fine.
