What you can expect

• (Co-) Create and continuously improve People Development solutions within an international team
• Support the implementation and rollout of People Development processes (e.g. Annual Appraisals, Talent Management, etc.) across diverse international locations
• Act as a key contact partner for selected People Development topics and tools
• Support international locations in strengthening People Development by monitoring and evaluating their performance
• Provide on-site support when needed
• Design and deliver engaging trainings and facilitate workshops
• Potentially contribute to digital trainings or e-Learning creation

What you should know

• University degree in a people-focused or business-related field (e.g. Social Sciences, Economics, Education)
• Ideally 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups
• Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels
• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented and hands-on mindset
• Ability to translate complex topics into practical, usable solutions
• Structured yet flexible way of thinking
• Intercultural mindset & enjoyment of working across cultures
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Trainer, Facilitator) are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<25%)
