We are looking for an HR leader who has experience running HR, but still wants to stay close to people and teams – not just to presentations and spreadsheets. This role is about shaping ideas and then turning them into everyday reality.

At ENETIQA, you will develop HR across the entire group – you will define how we work with people, talent and leadership. The role is based in Prague, but you will cooperate with teams and managing directors of group companies across the Czech Republic.

Your mission

  • Design and implement an HR strategy that directly supports the business goals of the ENETIQA Group – from concept to practical roll‑out in teams.
  • Move our company culture towards openness, feedback and ownership through workshops and team activities.
  • Own talent management across the group – with a strong focus on attracting and developing young talents from technical fields.
  • Build and run a leadership development programme (workshops, mentoring, peer learning) and actively take part as a facilitator.
  • Act as a partner to senior management on people, structure and culture topics – your key partners in executing the HR strategy will be the managing directors of individual companies across the Czech Republic.
  • Maintain and continuously improve core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, HR processes) so that they are simple, effective and easy for people to understand.


What your first year may look like

  • You design and launch a talent programme for young technical talents – from attraction and selection to long‑term development within the group.
  • You prepare and pilot a leadership development concept and involve especially managing directors and key managers across the group.
  • Together with management and managing directors you align on what kind of culture and values we want, and you translate them into concrete habits across individual companies.
  • You map current HR processes in the group and suggest what to simplify, harmonise or build from scratch – from quick wins to longer‑term changes.


Who we are looking for

  • You have experience leading the HR agenda in a company or group of companies that is growing and changing, and you want to be part of what is really happening, not just a “control function”.
  • You can switch between strategy and execution – one day you work on the HR roadmap, the next you run a workshop or help solve a specific team situation.
  • You have led projects in talent management or leadership development, ideally including work with technical profiles and younger generations.
  • You know how to build trust with management and employees alike, you communicate clearly and directly, without unnecessary HR jargon.
  • You enjoy meeting people where they are – you are not tied only to the Prague office, you want to understand individual companies and teams across the country.


How you will be anchored in ENETIQA

  • You will report directly to the CEO of the ENETIQA Group.
  • You will have one team member who will support you with the day‑to‑day HR agenda so that you can focus on the key projects.
  • Your closest partners will be the managing directors of individual companies, with whom you will bring the HR strategy to life in concrete businesses and teams.
