For our client, an international company located in Prague 9 – Horní Počernice, we are looking for a Warehouse / Logistics Specialist with active knowledge of Czech and English.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods
• Recording and monitoring goods movements in the ERP system (goods receipt, goods issue, internal transfers)
• Coordinating and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, including related documentation
• Processing customer returns
• Performing daily hands-on warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, internal movements)
• Resolving operational issues and discrepancies within warehouse processes
• Conducting inventory counts according to internal guidelines
• Cooperating with related departments and supporting effective internal communication

Requirements:

• Secondary education (technical or vocational education in logistics or supply chain is an advantage)
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
• Native-level Czech or Slovak language skills
• Active knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong hands-on experience with daily warehouse operations
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a strong advantage
• Proactive, flexible, and independent working style with attention to detail and reliability
