• Hold a Master’s degree (completed no earlier than September 2024), ideally in:

1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Process Engineering
4. Chemistry
5. Food Production or related fields

• Are fluent in Czech and English
• Are open to international mobility in the future
• Aspire to become a team leader or manager
