  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, and contractual agreements
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Diversify the company’s portfolio into new profitable business segments
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements with technical capabilities
  • Provide regular reporting, business analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs
  • Support global sales initiatives and cooperate with sister companies within the group where applicable
