ITAM ServiceNow Consultant

Do you enjoy designing solutions that actually make sense, rather than just "clicking" through system settings? We are looking for a partner to help our clients tame their hardware and software landscapes using the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you won’t just be implementing modules; you’ll be a trusted expert guiding clients from the initial workshop to final optimization.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze & Design: You’re not just a task-taker. You’ll meet clients in workshops, listen to their challenges, and translate their business needs into smart technical reality.
• The Heart of the System (ServiceNow): You’ll own the configuration of ITAM modules (HAM, SAM) and ensure that Discovery and Service Graph Connectors work exactly as they should.
• Data Integrity & CMDB: For you, the CMDB isn’t just an acronym—it’s a living organism. You’ll ensure data accuracy, implement normalization strategies, and set up asset lifecycles that run like clockwork.
• Knowledge Sharing: You’ll test what you build, create clear documentation, and lead training sessions for end-users and admins to ensure they get the most out of your work.
• Continuous Evolution: The ServiceNow world moves fast. You’ll stay ahead of the curve with the latest features and proactively suggest ways to make things better and faster.

What do you need to bring?

• Hands-on Experience: You have a proven track record of implementing ITAM applications (ideally HAM or SAM).
• Process Mindset: You deeply understand IT asset lifecycles and know what "best practice" actually looks like in the real world.
• Technical Foundation: You’re comfortable with scripting (JavaScript) and know how to navigate the platform's technical backend.
• Communication Drive: You can talk to both technical teams and management with ease. English is a must, as we work in an international environment.
• Independence & Teamwork: You can manage your own time effectively but are always ready to jump in and support the team when needed.

Bonus points for:

• Relevant certifications (CITAM, CHAMP, CSAM, or ISO/IEC 19770).
• ITIL certification.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment—if you know how to manage client expectations, you’re halfway there!
