What you can expect

The position is based at the Wilo CS office in Čestlice, Czech Republic with direct line reporting to the Director for Regional IT Services Europe.

Supporting ~1200 users in 24 different countries, you will work within a team with colleagues in Czech Republic, UK, and Greece and collaborate with IT experts at Head Office in Dortmund, Germany.

Using the IT Service Management platform from TOPdesk (https://www.topdesk.com) you will be responsible for the efficient handling of tickets to ensure resolution within the SLA.

Main Responsibilities

· Solve tickets within area of responsibility and where personal admin privileges allow.

· Escalate tickets to 2nd level and to other systems experts.

· Monitor status of tickets to ensure prompt responses.

· Reporting of ticket statistics.

Requirements

· Education and/or recent work experience in IT systems & support

· Advanced English

· Knowledge/Expertise of the following systems & tools:

MS Windows & Office

MS Server

Active Directory (AD) & Azure Active Directory (AAD)

MS Exchange - on-prem & online

MS Configuration Manager

MS Intune

Windows Remote Assistance (MSRA)
