We are looking for a smart, organized and proactive HR Operations Specialist / HR Business Partner who enjoys making things simpler, clearer and more functional.
This is not a “classic corporate HR” role focused on endless policies and administration. We are looking for someone who likes solving problems, improving processes, supporting managers and bringing order into fast-moving environments.
You do not need 15 years of experience or perfect corporate background. We care much more about mindset, ownership, common sense and ability to learn quickly.

What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Help improve and simplify HR operations and internal processes
  • Keep HR administration and documentation organized and reliable
  • Support managers and employees in day-to-day people topics
  • Support hiring coordination and candidate experience
  • Help managers navigate people-related situations
  • Look for ways to reduce repetitive manual work and unnecessary chaos
  • Improve communication, ownership and clarity across HR topics
  • Work with HR tools, spreadsheets and systems
  • Participate in HR and operational improvement projects


What we are looking for

  • Experience in HR, people operations, office management or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and HR processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and stay calm in changing environments
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to improve things instead of just maintaining them
  • Good communication skills and healthy common sense
  • Curiosity about tools, systems and process simplification
  • Confidence working with different personalities and teams
  • English at a professional working level


You will fit well if you:

  • naturally organize messy things,
  • ask “why are we doing this manually?” at least once a week,
  • can balance structure with flexibility,
  • are comfortable figuring things out independently,
  • and prefer practical solutions over corporate buzzwords.
