Are you passionate about communication, employee engagement, and helping people navigate change?
We are currently supporting a global healthcare organization undergoing a large international HR transformation programme and are looking for a Change & Communications Specialist to join their team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in change support, HR projects, internal communications, learning & development, or employee engagement who enjoys creating impactful communication and enablement materials in a fast-paced international environment.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting communication and employee adoption activities related to a global HR transformation initiative
Creating practical change andenablement materials such as:
- Toolkits
- Playbooks
- FAQs
- Learning and communication content
- Presentations and stakeholder materials
- Supporting stakeholder engagement sessions and helping coordinate feedback
Contributing to employee engagement and launch activities for new career and talent-related tools
Collaborating with international teams across multiple regions
Supporting change and communication activities during key programme milestones
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in change management support, HR transformation, internal communications, L&D, or HR project coordination
- Hands-on experience creating communication and enablement materials such as toolkits, guides, FAQs, presentations, newsletters, or learning content
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach
