We currently look for a Financial controller
Your responsibilities would be:
- Cooperation on monthly and yearly closing, preparation of P&L, analysis of results, and their presentation and interpretation to the Head of Finance and Top Management
- Analytical Accounting: monthly reporting to Group Controlling
- Co-creation of the budget and active participation in financial planning and forecasting, including consolidation of the Rolling Forecast
- Preparation and analysis of client direct margins and intercompany indirect costs
- Cross-functional cooperation across the company (Key Account & Service Management, Data Management team, Business Efficiency, BL Group Finance, etc.)
- Control and validation of invoicing data and reports
- Maintenance of financial and operational reporting, including internal statistics, quality/bug reports, and ad-hoc analyses
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the line manager, within the job framework
We require:
- Education & Experience
- High school or university education with an economic or financial focus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS)
- Technical / Professional Skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and results
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Power BI or similar reporting tools are an advantage
- Ability to work with financial systems and support their process development

- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Good communication skills, including explaining financial results to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive, investigative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Language Skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
