About Accenture
At Accenture Management Consulting, we work with leading companies on some of their most important challenges – from shaping strategy, improving performance to driving transformation. Our projects are cross industries and typically focus on delivering tangible, long-term impact for our clients.
The Role
As a Management Consulting Analyst, you will be part of small project teams (usually 3–8 people) working closely with experienced consultants and client teams.
From early on, you will get your own responsibilities and contribute directly to client deliverables - whether it is analyzing data, structuring problems, or helping shape recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to join client discussions and presentations, including senior stakeholders.
Projects usually last 2–6 months, and usually you will be fully dedicated to one project at a time.
What you’ll be doing
- Break down and structure key business problems
- Work with data (quantitative & qualitative) to support analysis
- Form hypotheses and test them
- Turn insights into clear, practical recommendations
- Support implementation and change initiatives
- Contribute to presentations and client discussions
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone at an early stage of their career who already has some exposure to analytical or business-focused work and is ready to take the next step in consulting.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Around 0–2 years of experience (consulting, analytics, corporate environment, etc.)
- Fluent Czech or Slovak and English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving
- Good communication skills and confidence working with others
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel when needed
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Strong academic track record
- Experience working with data, analysis, or presentations
- Demonstrated initiative or leadership (e.g. projects, extracurriculars, work experience)
What you can expect
Our recruitment process includes online assessments (DRT & NRT) and typically three rounds of interviews. It can take a bit of time, but it helps us get to know you properly – we are looking for exceptional people, and we believe that’s worth the extra step.
And
- Work on high-impact projects for leading local and global clients
- Structured training and continuous learning opportunities
- Clear career progression and performance-based growth
- Exposure to an international consulting environment
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
