We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented production manager with solid expertise in production.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
SAP.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Educational Background:
management; technical field
min. 3 years of practical experience in people management
Six Sigma – Green Belt (or higher) as advantage
Robust Manufacturing Process, ISO9001
Language Proficiency:
Business fluent in spoken and written English.
Personal Attributes:
Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with teams.
Analytical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Decision-making, management, planning, and coordination of production
Leading of production
Cooperation with other departments (sales, purchasing, logistics, technology, IT, accounting, research and development, and quality)
Ensuring and managing required training and courses
Management of W.I.P. and machinery inventories
Decision-making on shifts and their organization
Control and analysis of waste and excessive consumption; implementation of new technologies and products and proposals for their improvement
Monitoring and improvement of KPIs
