About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Lead who will take ownership of our post-sales customer journey and elevate it to the next level.
This is not a traditional support role.
This is a cross-functional position where you will design and optimize how thousands of customers experience Forscope after the deal is closed.
Your mission?
Make our customer experience seamless, fast, innovative, and exceptional, powered by smart processes and automation.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end post-sales customer experience (from delivery to support)
- Design and optimize customer support and operational processes, including the administrative backbone behind them
- Drive automation and digitalization of our processes
- Identify gaps, friction points, and inefficiencies across the customer journey and fix them
- Step in where automation fails and ensure smooth resolution of complex cases
- Be part of Operations team and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align the experience across the entire customer lifecycle
- Turn customer insights into systematic improvements, not one-off fixes
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Process Optimization, Operations, or Customer Experience / Customer Success
- Ability to bring structure and clarity into operational and administrative processes
- Analytical thinking - you don’t just solve problems, you identify patterns
- Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment (IT/licensing knowledge is a plus, not a must)
