We are looking for a candidate with passion for PUMA brand for a position of Senior Accountant.

Your Mission:

• Posting vendor invoices
• Posting bank statements, preparing bank transfers
• Managing petty cash
• Maintaining the analytical records of fixed assets and posting them to the general ledger
• Other general ledger and analytical accounting tasks
• Checking the consistency between subledgers and the general ledger, identifying discrepancies
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns
• Active participation in monthly/quarterly/annual closings
• Preparing reports for the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ)
• Active support during interim and year-end audits
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances
• Reconciliation of vendor and customer balances
• Active participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements

Your Talent:

• University degree in Economics field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Confident, up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Czech, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with the SAP ERP system is advantage
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Team-player personality
