Position context: Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage construction projects, with a focus on cooperation with international clients.

Joining our dynamic team in the Czech Republic you will oversee projects from bidding to execution; you’ll contribute to the development of ARTELIA's activities in the region and gaining experience on international projects. Your Role

  • Overall management of construction projects from preparation to completion
  • Coordination of project team, designers, contractors and subcontractors
  • Daily intensive communication in English – emails, online meetings, reporting and face-to-face meetings with international clients are a standard part of the role
  • Management of schedules, budgets and project quality
  • Coordination and management of project documentation across all stages
  • Review of project documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements and legislation
  • Identification and management of project risks
  • Regular reporting to company management and clients
  • Participation in meetings, site inspections and construction supervision

Project Types

  • Industrial construction
  • Development of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure
  • Multisite projects (managing multiple locations simultaneously across the Czech Republic and the region)

What is Important for Us

  • Secondary or university education in construction/civil engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management in construction
  • Experience with international clients or projects is required
  • Advanced English (min. B2+/C1) – required for daily active communication, leading meetings, and presentations
  • Proven ability to manage the development of project documentation
  • Good knowledge of construction legislation and technical standards
  • Ability to independently lead projects and make decisions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Permanent residence in the Czech Republic
  • Driving licence (Category B)

Projects primarily within the Czech Republic (depending on project needs, not limited to Prague)
