Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate (Czech Republic & International)
Vihorev Group is an international real estate development and investment company focused on residential and serviced apartment projects across the Czech Republic and selected international markets, including Costa Rica.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to support the growth of our real estate portfolio and strengthen our international sales activities.
Responsibilities
Sales of residential and investment properties (CZ & international)
Identification and development of new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and investors
Leading business negotiations and closing deals
Managing the full sales process from initial contact to closing
Collaborating on sales strategy and market expansion
Requirements
Solid experience in sales (real estate, investment or related fields)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
Interest in real estate and investment environment
Language Requirements
Czech – B2+
English – B2+
Russian – B2+
