We are looking for HR Business Partner who will lead the company’s HR agenda and drive both strategic and operational HR activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR support to management in organizational design, workforce planning, team development, and change management
  • Leadership and development of the HR function across the organization (HR Generalist, Office Manager)
  • Responsibility for key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee development
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies
  • Responsibility for HR budgeting, regular monitoring, reporting, and explanation of variances
  • Support and development of company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication
  • Cooperation with international headquarters and implementation of global HR standards
  • Reporting line to General Manager and HR Director EE Cluser

Profile & Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in an HR Generalist / HR Manager role, preferably in an international or complex organization
  • Strong knowledge of Czech/Slovakia labor legislation.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
  • Experience working with SAP and/or SuccessFactors (or strong HRIS literacy).
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with HR budgeting, reporting, and data analysis

Preferred

  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
  • Exposure to regional or global HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Change management and project participation experience.
