The aim of this position is mainly to define, maintain and update the portfolio of entrusted products in the area of Small Domestic Appliances.

What to expect?

• Definition and composition of the assigned product portfolio, pricing and distribution, collaboration on product strategy.
• Monitoring of competition, preparation of activities to improve BSH's position on the market.
• Evaluation of product sales and profitable KPIs and their management.
• Support of business teams, preparation of product information, materials, product samples, training, participation in negotiations.
• Local implementation of the company's global strategy in the given category.
• The possibility of participating in local or international projects.

Basic assumptions

• At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar position.
• Analytical and systematic approach, the ability to read data and perceive connections.
• Ability to listen to the customer (int/ext), creation a win-win, perceiving your role within wider context.
• Ambition to formulate a strategy, present and convince.
• Fluent Czech and/or Slovak and English.
