We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to help bring to life the exciting workplaces we design for both local and international occupier clients.
You’ll be joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team – a strong, dynamic mix of architects, project managers, workplace experts and sustainability consultants. We offer an informal, collaborative culture that values performance and outcomes over time spent at your desk.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will:

• Support the delivery of industrial and commercial projects from start to finish
• Take part in both people and project management – both are equally important in this role
• Split your time between the office and project sites (approximately 50/50)
• Work closely with a highly experienced team of designers and technical experts

What We’re Looking For

• Education in a technical field (e.g. VUT, ČVUT)
• Fluent Czech or Slovak (essential for working with local suppliers and contractors)
• Good English (spoken and written) – fluency isn’t required; you’ll use it daily and improve quickly
• Previous experience in Industrial or commercial project management is a plus, but attitude and motivation matter most
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
