We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Medior/Senior) to join a large-scale international migration project focused on transitioning from ServiceNow to JIRA across approximately 100 projects/customers.

The project is currently in the preparation phase and is expected to move quickly once officially launched. You will become part of a delivery team working on migration planning, process mapping, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing ServiceNow processes, workflows, and configurations
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Support migration planning and execution activities
• Map processes, workflows, and data structures between ServiceNow and JIRA
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams
• Participate in workshops and requirement clarification sessions
• Support testing, validation, and post-migration activities

Must have

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Spring
• React
• SQL
• Experience with JIRA and/or ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise system migrations
• Knowledge of ITSM or workflow management environments
• Experience working in international projects
