We're hiring for a KPI Performance Specialist to join our CEE Sales Operations team. This role supports sales KPIs management & performance tracking across the Central and Eastern Europe region. Your day-to-day responsibility will consist of using company's data warehouse (Microstrategy, PowerBI, Excel) to deliver dashboards and weekly reports on Sales & After-sales automation KPIs, internal initiatives impact KPIs, and more. You will report to the Sales Operations Manager CZ & SK, and collaborate with sales teams, Business Analytics, QA, and AI Lab.

What will you do?

• Track and report Sales & After-sales KPIs across the CEE region
• Analyze data and identify performance improvement opportunities
• Measure impact of key initiatives and support planning
• Work with dashboards and reporting (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Excel)
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Analytics, QA and AI teams
• Support KPI definitions and data consistency

Employee requirements:
We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ year of experience in analytics, reporting or business analysis
• Understands KPIs, performance tracking and sales funnels
• Has experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Thinks analytically and works with data confidently
• Communicates well and works cross-functionally
• Speaks fluent English and Slovak/Czech
