Successful and attractive real estate developer is growing its team and searches for Fit Out and Construction Manager focused on their commercial projects.

We are searching for someone who is organisationally skilled, precise and self- reliant and enjoys working in a dynamic and action oriented environment.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Coordinate external architects and contractors
• Participate on preparation of development process from study to construction
• Coordinate the fit out construction and control works of particular sub-contractors
• Create and manage project time schedules
• Execution and delivery of presentations, reports
• Cooperation with other departments
• As an Ideal candidate, you will hold university degree in construction with around 3-5 years of experience from project management, especially with commercial fit outs . Good knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak is essential, together with great organisational skills .

Regarding personality, suitable candidate should be highly motivated, dynamic and ambitious individual willing to learn and gain valuable professional experience.
