Senior Business Analyst (IT)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will act as a key partner between business and IT, driving the analysis, design, and delivery of ERP solutions across Europe and the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirements-gathering activities, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including ROI considerations
• Play a key role in JD Edwards (JDE) initiatives (enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, training, and support)
• Support ERP-related projects, including scope definition, timelines, risk management, and status reporting
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic goals
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain documentation (functional specs, business processes, user training materials)
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems and processes
• Collaborate within a global environment (EU & US)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years‘ experience as a Business Analyst and 2–3 years at a senior level within an IT or ERP-focused environment
• Minimum 2 years‘ experience using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to model and surface data for business planning purposes
• Experience supporting JD Edwards (JDE) is highly preferred; experience with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) is acceptable, with a demonstrated ability to transfer ERP knowledge
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex processes
• Excellent communication skills – able to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Self-driven, proactive, and confident in challenging requirements and proposing solutions
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a global IT organization
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with structured documentation

Nice to Have

• Project management methodologies experience (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Experience working in global, multi-site, or matrixed organizations
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of cross-functional system dependencies
• Willingness to travel internationally (EU & US)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (international working environment)
