About the role
We're looking to strengthen our Prague team developing a British fintech startup — we need a seasoned software engineer who will help us scale the product into the market-leading position.

You'll develop the backend of a fintech platform, design and implement APIs, handle database design and migrations, monitoring, and management of the running application. Maybe even infrastructure, if that's your thing. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of an AI agentic platform and other smart solutions.

Czech and English language is a must.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who (ideally) has experience developing for fintech or in the financial sector, and is capable of designing and developing a system that can hold up in a strictly regulated market. You don't need to have experience with Symfony or Node.js. If you're a good engineer and understand backend and web technologies inside out, you'll pick up a new tool easily.

Do you have high standards for code quality, and do you care about system stability, scalability, and cybersecurity? Can you pass all of this on to more junior members of the team? Are you not afraid to take on demanding requirements from the product team and turn them into clean software design?
