Key Responsibilities

• manage inbound and outbound logistics, including raw materials, components, and finished goods
• plan and coordinate material flow to ensure uninterrupted production
• manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and optimize stock turnover
• coordinate production and delivery schedules in line with customer EDI requirements
• manage shipments, transport schedules, and communication with customers and 3PL providers
• operate and maintain logistics systems (ERP, MES, customer EDI)
• monitor and improve logistics performance, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability
• ensure accurate logistics documentation, reporting, and KPI tracking (e.g. MMOG/LE)
• support production planning and ensure alignment between production and shipment plans
• implement process improvements and support 3S & 5S and TPM activities
• ensure compliance with health, safety, and logistics regulations
• cooperate with production, quality, purchasing, and external partners
• support daily operations and cover team responsibilities when needed

Requirements

• submit your CV in English
• university degree in engineering, logistics, or a related technical field
• experience in a similar role
• experience in logistics or production logistics, automotive manufacturing (Tier 1 preferred)
• knowledge of material flow, inventory management, and supply chain processes
• experience with ERP, MES, and customer EDI systems
• familiarity with MMOG/LE standards is an advantage
• fluent English and Czech
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• proactive and hands-on approach
