They’re seeking Brand Managers across different seniority levels (Junior to Senior) into individual contributor roles within their CEE structure.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the full brand lifecycle from strategy to execution to evaluation
- Driving brand positioning
- Identifying and prioritising high-impact growth opportunities
- Leading and executing ATL & BTL campaigns
- Turning data into insights and telling compelling business stories
- Owning performance tracking and optimising ROI
- Delivering clear, measurable results (not just activity)
Depending on seniority:
- Full ownership of brand strategy and budget allocation
- Accountability for market share and profitability
- Influencing stakeholders across markets and functions
- Supporting/mentoring junior team members
Who We’re Looking For
Must-have experience
- FMCG background is essential
- Native-level Czech + fluent English
- Based in Czech Republic (no relocation support; start within ~2 months)
- Currently working as Brand Manager with 2-5+ years of experience
- Proven experience owning brand initiatives end-to-end, backed by concrete and demonstrable results
- Exposure to complete brand lifecycle (strategy to activation)
- Ability to use data to tell a compelling story
- Strong ownership mindset (not just execution)

- Strong strategic thinking + prioritisation
- Highly analytical, data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing, performance-focused environment
- Commercial mindset with focus on results
