  • You are responsible for planning and coordinating orders in the hardware lifecycle environment.
  • You monitor order-related ticket queues and ensure proper ticket routing and completion.
  • Additionally, you schedule existing orders in the customer system and qualify/adjust the orders/tickets accordingly.

Your skills? More than interesting:

  • Technical background, understands the lifecycle of a request or incident within the IT environment, preferably in order management.
  • Initial experience with ITSM tools and solid knowledge of SAP, as well as working with service knowledge management and knowledge management tools.
  • We especially appreciate your communication skills and your willingness to engage deeply with customer challenges.
  • You bring solid experience, sensitivity, and soft skills for dealing with customers.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills.
