What You’ll Do:

Provide full legal support for the company (commercial, contractual, and employment law)
Prepare and review contracts
Conduct legal analyses and prepare materials for management
Cooperate with external law firms
Participate in setting up internal processes

Requirements:

University degree in Law
Minimum 5 years of experience
Basic knowledge of commercial law
Willingness to learn and grow quickly
Independence and responsibility
Excellent Czech language skills, English at least B2 level, Russian is a major advantage
