Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking to join a global organization where accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement are highly valued?

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to become part of an international payroll team supporting multiple markets across the region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR, Finance, Tax and external payroll providers while ensuring seamless payroll delivery in a complex multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned entities
  • Manage payroll changes, employee movements and salary updates
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax and social security regulations
  • Support audits, payroll controls and reporting activities
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax and external payroll providers
  • Contribute to process improvements and payroll standardization initiatives
  • Participate in regional and global projects

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within an international company
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers (e.g. ADP, Celergo)
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Fluent English communication skills - nice to have Czech – any other European language is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders

Additional information

  • Prague, Czech Republic - hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Employment Contract:This is a 1-year employment contract with a strong possibility of extension, offering stability, growth, and involvement in ongoing transformation initiatives.
