The role
We're not looking for someone to execute specs. You'll identify what needs to be built, design it, and ship it end to end - with direct access to Dominik Gazdoš (CEO) and David Gazdoš (CTO). A lot of freedom, a lot of responsibility.
What youll work on
End-to-end ownership: From identifying the problem to shipping the fix. No handoffs.
Direct UX impact: You have strong opinions on how things should work.
Agentic development: AI tools are a core part of how we build. You're expected to use them to deliver complex features independently and fast.
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, AdonisJS.
What were looking for
You've already built things: Websites, apps, products - something real that works. Show us what you've shipped.
You're anchored in both design and dev: You've worked across the full stack, ideally as the single person responsible for the outcome.
You don't wait for a ticket: You identify what needs to be built and you start.
End-to-end is the main reason you're here: Not a compromise. You want the space to design and build - and you're done with everything else getting in the way.

$50/month budget for AI tools of your choosing, more if justified
