We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack (Java/React) Developer to join a high-impact project focused on the development of cloud-native applications for a global professional services leader. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on AI-driven development, cloud architecture, and full-stack performance.

Project Overview
This project aims to modernize and scale enterprise-grade applications within a cloud environment. You will play a critical role in building responsive, distributed systems that leverage cutting-edge automation to accelerate the development lifecycle.

About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the integration of advanced AI tools into the standard SDLC. You are expected to move beyond basic prompting, using AI to optimize workflows, refactor complex systems, and maintain high code quality across backend and frontend domains.

Tech Stack

• Core Stack: Java, Spring, React, SQL, NoSQL
• Backend & AI: Microservices, Claude, Cursor AI, LLM integrations
• Cloud & Tools: Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Containerization, Cloud-native design

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Architect and maintain distributed systems within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Deeply integrate Claude and Cursor AI into your daily workflow for code generation, debugging, and automation.
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical solution designs for cloud-native applications.
• Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor the team on AI-assisted development best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Java (SE/EE) and the Spring ecosystem.
• Proven experience building complex frontend applications with React.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design.
• Advanced proficiency in AI-driven workflows (automation, refactoring, and LLM integration).
• Fluency in Czech is mandatory.
• Ability to overlap with US working hours (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET).
• Strong background in microservices, CI/CD, and containerization.
