Our Client: Japanese International High-Tech Automotive OEM comany in Praha looking for Customer Support & Logistics Specialist

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in international team in Automotive company.

Location: Praha 1 Czech

Duties:

• planning and coordination of imports/ Exports according to the customer requirements,
• Arrange delivery dates, communicate with sales representatives
• Communicate with carriers, create and check export documents
• Internal system (SAP ERP) operation, data input, issuance of PO, Invoice, etc.

Requirements:

• Very good phone/e-mail communication skills
• Should be detail oriented and be familiar with import / export procedure and regulations (incl. VAT)
• IT Skills for data entry into ERP(SAP) systems
• Proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel
• Responsibility and independence
• Knowledge of English
