Looking for Sales Manager / Key Account Manager - Semiconductor industry

Our customer: International High Tech semiconductor related ccompany is looking for Sales Manager / Key Account Manager. The company is providing high technology solutions for semiconductor business.

We are searching for ambitious graduates who are hungry to succeed and looking to advance their career within consulting sales, Junior Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a sales team of 2 people.
  • Set individual and team sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, customer visits, and quotations.
  • Hold regular team meetings to review progress, priorities, and challenges.
  • Coach team members on customer communication, negotiation, and account development.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Prepare sales plans for target customers, markets, and product groups.
  • Conduct customer visits, negotiations, and commercial presentations.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage selected key accounts directly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
  • Understand customer needs, forecasts, and future projects.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are met on time and accurately.
  • Resolve commercial issues, escalations, and customer complaints when needed.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Analyze sales results, margins, market trends, and customer potential.
  • Track key performance indicators such as revenue, gross margin, new business
  • Provide management with clear updates on risks, opportunities, and market developments.
  • Work closely with purchasing, logistics, finance, and technical teams.
  • Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements.
  • Support stock planning, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up where relevant.
  • Contribute to pricing decisions together with management and purchasing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Very good English (Business Proficiency)
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to pursue a long-term career in sales management
  • Proactive attitude and drive to achieve targets

Package:

Total salary package 80,000 – 90,000 CZK gross per month
