Sales Representative – Healthcare Services

FamiCord Group, the leading family cord blood bank network in Europe, headquartered in Germany, is seeking an ambitious, sales-oriented, and people-focused professional to join its growing Czech team and support its further expansion in the healthcare sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining sales, relationship building, and meaningful communication with clients in a dynamic international healthcare environment. This role combines consultative sales, client care, and relationship management through both online and offline activities, including in-person meetings, field visits, and telephone communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively present, promote, and recommend the company’s healthcare services to individual clients and healthcare partners throughout the Czech Republic Conduct telephone consultations and proactively communicate with potential clients and lead-generation activities • Support clients throughout the decision-making process through professional, empathetic, and trustworthy communication • Build, manage, and expand relationships with gynecologists, midwives, clinics, and maternity hospitals • Conduct regular field visits and professional meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals throughout the Czech Republic • Attend conferences, educational events, training sessions, and professional meetings • Collaborate on local sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads • Gather market feedback and propose improvements to sales, communication, and customer experience initiatives • Actively contribute to strengthening the company’s market position in the Czech Republic

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer relationship management, or healthcare-related services • A strong sales personality with a proactive and business-oriented mindset • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships • Willingness to travel throughout the Bohemian Region
• Living in Prague or the Central Bohemian Region • Driver’s license – Class B (active)
