We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join WMC/GREY, who will take on long-term care of a key client and be their strategic partner. In this role, you will connect the client's business with creative, strategy with execution, and ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly - from planning to delivery of campaigns across channels.

What will you do?
• Lead a key client end-to-end: relationship management, strategic direction and coordination of creative outputs.
• Coordination of priorities, growth of cooperation, client satisfaction, quality of outputs.
• Lead and organize work with clients and the internal team: regular project statuses, coordination and supervision of strategy adherence.
• Identify and develop cross-sell / upsell opportunities (brand, digital, social, content, performance, CX, production, etc.) and coordinate internal expertise.
• Translate client needs into a clear brief and stay on track: strategy → creative → production → delivery.
• Ensure smooth project progress: timing, scope, risks, change requests.
• Have control over budgets and invoicing.
• Collaborate with creative teams from brief to deliverables including smooth handovers.
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in account management in an advertising/communications agency (ideally senior level, larger client or multiple smaller clients).
• Ability to manage client relationships at a senior level, negotiate and be a trusted partner.
• Experience working with budgets.
• Excellent organizational skills, be structured and have the ability to prioritize (multiple projects in parallel).
• Native-level Czech and communicative level of English.
• Natural drive, commitment, ability to handle stressful situations and a sense of humor.
• Experience with integrated cross-channel campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital/social/content/performance).
