About EGLS
European Green Logistics Space (EGLS) is a logistics real estate investment, development and asset management company operating across Europe and the UK. Founded in 2024 by Ian Worboys (CEO), Amos Chia (CIO) and Glen Lonie (CFO) in partnership with Kamco Invest, EGLS is active in eight countries (UK, FR, ES, NL, DE, CZ, SK, PL). Our mission is to develop, manage and invest in logistics spaces that drive efficiency and reduce environmental impact across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
· Receiving, sorting and coding all supplier invoices (P&L and cashflow reporting).
· Receiving, checking and coding all employee expense reports.
· Initiating internal approval workflows via the SharePoint approval system.
· Collecting central costs and preparing monthly cost allocation calculations.
· Analysing and coding approved expenses for reporting purposes.
· Timely exchange of information with the external accounting firm.
· Communication with banks and entering payment orders.
· Support during monthly and annual accounting closings
Candidate Profile
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
· General understanding of accounting processes.
· Excellent command of Excel and MS Office.
· Advanced English (daily communication with native speakers).
· Accurate, structured and detail-oriented work style.
· Proactive approach with initiative and problem-solving attitude.
