The role

In this role, you will manage and grow a high‑value client portfolio, combining front‑line market engagement with a strong commercial mandate. You will work at the intersection of clients, trading, and technology supported by Saxo’s global platform, multi‑asset product offering, and strong learning culture.

Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you will take full ownership of a high‑value client portfolio with a clear mandate to drive year‑on‑year Total Revenue Earnings (TRE) growth. You will do this through proactive, high‑touch engagement, focusing on reactivating existing clients, upgrading relationships, and deepening long‑term value creation across Saxo’s product and service offering.

You will be responsible for delivering the Saxo Elite client experience for top‑tier clients, ensuring a differentiated and premium service model that reflects their trading sophistication and expectations. Acting as the client’s primary point of contact and internal advocate, you will ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience by coordinating closely with internal stakeholders across Saxo.

A key part of the role is identifying client potential and introducing relevant trading capabilities, products, and Saxo solutions. You will guide clients through platform enhancements, product launches, and ongoing due‑diligence activities, while maintaining strong risk awareness and full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

In addition, you will strengthen relationships and support sustainable growth by engaging clients through meetings, seminars, and other client‑facing initiatives.

Your key focus areas include:

Driving TRE growth through portfolio development, client advocacy, and referrals
Advancing clients through the value chain in close collaboration with internal teams
Ensuring a consistently high‑quality, compliant, and Elite‑level client experience
 

Your profile

You bring strong relationship skills combined with genuine interest in financial markets:

Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
Proven experience within relationship management, trading, brokerage, private banking, or financial markets
Strong commercial and acquisition mindset with proven ability to generate referrals
Proactive, client‑oriented approach with clear ownership of results
Curiosity, resilience, and motivation to grow in an international, fast‑paced environment
