Part-Time E-commerce Operations & Financial Control Coordinator
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (hybrid)

Monk Sticks is a start-up which has developed The Monk Stick, a walking stick with a retractable shoehorn. The company is preparing for launch through Amazon.de FBA and then other European e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities
Administration of Amazon Seller Central accounts
Coordination of inventory, shipments and FBA logistics
Monitoring sales, margins and stock levels
Preparation of management reports and cash-flow summaries
Coordination with external accountants and VAT specialists
Administration relating to German ecommerce compliance requirements
Maintenance of product, supplier and compliance documentation
Coordination with manufacturers and logistics providers
Customer service and returns administration
General operational support for company management
Requirements
Fluent English and Czech
Experience in ecommerce operations
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Shoptet or similar platforms
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Experience coordinating accounting and administrative processes
Desirable
Experience with Amazon FBA
Knowledge of German ecommerce operations
Familiarity with VAT administration
Experience with inventory control and reporting
Experience working with small growing businesses
Working Hours 15-20 hrs/week
Salary : Kc20,000- 35,000/month depending on knowledge and experienc
