Pracovní nabídka

Main purpose of the role is providing support to the Rector in coordinating academic activities and providing day to day administrative support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodation for the Rector and Vice Rectors, including arrangements for their official guests
  • Processing of invoices, cash flow requests
  • Scheduling and calendar management for the Rector and Vice Rectors
  • Translations and language corrections on documents, copying and administrative and secretarial support as needed for the Rector of the Vice Rectors
  • Arranging restaurant reservations and other related bookings for the Rector or the Vice Rectors
  • Handling errands for the Rector and Vice Rectors, as needed

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative/customer service role
  • Good command of English and Czech (both spoken and written)
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Professional, communicative, and friendly demeanor
  • Organizational skills, loyalty, reliability, and accuracy
