Main purpose of the role is providing support to the Rector in coordinating academic activities and providing day to day administrative support.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodation for the Rector and Vice Rectors, including arrangements for their official guests
- Processing of invoices, cash flow requests
- Scheduling and calendar management for the Rector and Vice Rectors
- Translations and language corrections on documents, copying and administrative and secretarial support as needed for the Rector of the Vice Rectors
- Arranging restaurant reservations and other related bookings for the Rector or the Vice Rectors
- Handling errands for the Rector and Vice Rectors, as needed
What we expect from you:
- Minimum secondary education
- Previous experience in a similar administrative/customer service role
- Good command of English and Czech (both spoken and written)
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Professional, communicative, and friendly demeanor
- Organizational skills, loyalty, reliability, and accuracy
