Our International Support Line team is an important part of what we do. We help hotel guests and staff when they need support with connectivity or technical issues.
We are not an anonymous call center, we care about high-quality support, good teamwork and providing a service that hotels can rely on.

We are looking for a German-speaking colleague to join our team and help guests and hotel staff with routine technical questions.
You do not need to be a network specialist, what matters most to us is good communication, reliability, willingness to learn and the ability to stay calm and professional when helping customers.
 
What will you do?

• Handle inbound calls and emails from hotel guests and staff from all over the world
• Help resolve common Wi-Fi and connectivity issues. No sales or cold calling involved.
• Monitor internal systems and report potential outages
• Cooperate with support and technical teams to maintain the quality of our services.
• Work shifts between 7:00 to 23:00, including weekends according to the shift plan

What we’re looking for?

• Very good German, spoken and written – this will be your main communication tool
• Good English for daily communication with customers and within the company
• Standard PC skills – basic user knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS is enough. We will teach you everything else.
• Flexibility to work shifts Monday - Sunday
• Friendly communication, teamwork, and an empathetic, calm approach to customers

What would be an advantage (but not a requirement)?

• Fluency in another language, such as Russian, Arabic, Turkish or another language we use to support our clients
• Experience in customer support, call center or hospitality
• Basic IT/networking knowlegde.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
