About the Role

Location: Brno

Type of employment: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and analytical finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in setting up and standardizing our financial processes across our international real estate portfolio. You will collaborate closely with outsourced accounting partners and local teams in countries across CEE area -and potentially other countries as our scope expands-ensuring high-quality financial reporting and cross-border alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Help design, set up, and improve processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for real estate companies across multiple countries (including Croatia, Poland, Hungary, and potentially others).

  • Deep Financial Analysis & Quality Control: Review and control the accuracy and integrity of financial files provided by outsourced accounting firms and regional entities. You must have the ability to read, analyze, and investigate financial data all the way down to the General Ledger (GL) level.

  • External Vendor Collaboration: Actively communicate with outsourced service providers and local partners in foreign markets to investigate discrepancies, fix errors, and ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Continuous Learning: Understand and show a strong willingness to learn different local accounting standards and tax approaches.

  • Business Travel: Undertake ad hoc travel to our international branches and partners as project needs arise.

Požadujeme

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar financial, analytical, or controlling role (additional years of experience are a strong advantage). Experience communicating with or managing outsourced service providers is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English, enabling seamless communication with international partners.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Query. Additional data skills (e.g., Power BI, SQL) are can be an advantage.

  • Soft Skills: * Independence: Ability to work autonomously, manage your own time, and drive tasks forward.

  • Initiative in Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a strong drive to not just identify issues, but actively propose and implement effective solutions.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to connect the dots and solve complex financial problems.

  • Responsibility: A high sense of ownership and uncompromising attention to detail.
