What You’ll Do

• Verify and update construction project information across European markets

• Maintain accurate, high-quality data in our systems
• Identify ways to improve data quality, processes, and outputs
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations

For leadership roles:

• Lead and develop a team of researchers
• Drive performance, quality standards, and operational excellence
• Optimise workflows and scale research output

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills (German or Slovak a must, depending on role)
• Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport

• Experience managing teams in research, operations, or content
